Numbers in Tarot
Hello! I decided to make a post and talk about numbers tarot. When doing a reading, a number might pop up a lot (example: three of swords, three of cups) or simply stand out. That number could mean something on its own (example : a date, 8 march) or have a deeper meaning. In this post, I will write a little about every number.
☽︎ Major Arcana ☾︎
What I usually like to do is combine both digits instead of using a number above 10.
Example : Temperance is number 14th
Instead of using the meaning of the 14th number, I combine 1 + 4 = 5 and I use the meaning of number five (which is found under in the “minor arcana” part).
This is a personal preferance and I know many readers who use the meanings of the numbers like to do it. You can always look up the other numbers or use this method instead!
